TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a group life and accident insurance contract in order for MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., as the contracting authority, to establish the conditions of life and accident insurance protection to be provided pursuant to the Collective Agreement (KSZ) in force at any given time. Under the insurance contract, the Insurer, through the insurance services provided by it, fulfills its obligation to reimburse the life and accident insurance benefits payable to the Company’s employees. Pursuant to Section 69 of the Collective Agreement in force, in the event of an employee’s death not caused by an industrial accident, the heir(s) or the beneficiary/beneficiaries are entitled to a benefit amount of HUF 750,000, which the employer is also entitled to provide via an insurance contract.
