The contract timeline is as follows:

• Framework Agreement Duration: The framework agreement is set for 4 years, starting from the date of the award decision. It will conclude either at the end of this 4-year period or if its maximum value is reached, whichever occurs first.
• Subsequent Contracts: Subsequent contracts must be awarded before the end of the framework agreement. The termination of the framework agreement does not automatically end ongoing subsequent contracts, and the framework agreement's terms will continue to apply to these active subsequent contracts.
• Mission Start: For individual missions under subsequent contracts, the economic operator is expected to commence the mission within fifteen days following the issuance of the order after the award of these subsequent contracts, unless the contracting authority specifies otherwise.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Timeline: The NDA becomes effective on the day it is signed by the last party. It will automatically terminate five years after its effective date. However, the external party's confidentiality obligations under the NDA will continue for seven years after the agreement's termination.

• Organizing and coordinating projects for CTIE or the IT service.
• Ensuring adherence to the Quapital IT method by all project participants.
• Defining project scope and breaking it down into deliverables, in coordination with the business project manager.
• Studying existing software and/or application solutions.
• Designing new application solutions.
• Drafting reference documents and documentation related to the solution.
• Supervising and organizing activities related to testing and quality assurance for the project and the solution to be implemented.
• Planning work and allocating resources to tasks for CTIE/IT teams.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and status during monthly reviews.

The deliverables expected from the consultants will be included in monthly activity reports, which must be validated by the contracting authority before invoicing. These reports will detail the deliverables produced by the consultant during their mission.
