The contract has a firm duration of five (5) years, with the possibility of three (3) one-year renewals. The total duration cannot exceed 8 years.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision, installation, and commissioning of "PASSERELLES FIXES" (Fixed Gangways). The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Supply and Installation: Delivery of equipment, site safety management, coordination, and site supervision. This encompasses studies, plans, construction of the installation, supply of materials, and the development of machine operating software.
• Planning and Execution: Detailed methodologies for delivery, handling, installation, and necessary storage/assembly areas. This also includes a general planning outlining tasks, durations, human resources, and required on-site equipment and energy.
• Quality and Compliance: Implementation of a quality control plan and recommended tests, dimensional validation of civil engineering, factory acceptance (if possible), equipment packaging, transport, unloading, and handling on site.
• Commissioning and Receptions: Provisional and definitive receptions, including verification by an approved body and a commissioning report.
• Documentation: Provision of various documents at different stages: with the tender offer, upon delivery (per § 5.4.1), at provisional reception (including CE conformity certificates and verification reports), and at definitive reception (definitive contractual documents and software per §5.7). All nomenclatures with commercial references must be supplied. Specific connectivity documentation such as a multifilar diagram, equipment list with technical sheets, data points, and technical synoptic of the installation, and validation of SNCF cybersecurity documents are also required.
• Post-Installation Support: Supplier assistance until definitive reception and a warranty period.
• Training: Training sessions for both operating and maintenance personnel, delivered in French.
• Studies and Analysis: Provision of a Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (AMDEC) and a risk analysis.
• On-site Presence: A French-speaking contact person from the supplier is required on site during assembly and reception phases. The tenderer is expected to prioritize in-person actions for deployment and communicate regularly with the SNCF Project Manager on deployment progress.
• Connectivity: The connectivity system must be configured and operational at provisional reception.
