TENDER DESCRIPTION
AAU has an integrated CTS platform covering the university’s three campuses in Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen. The system consists solely of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) as the main station. The CTS platform has been established in AAU’s own virtual server environment. The platform comprises a total of approx. 200 automation servers (AS), 1029 Xenta control units and approx. 20 Sigma control units, covering a total building area of approx. 235,000 m² distributed across approx. 63 buildings. Campus Aalborg and Campus Esbjerg use a shared enterprise server, while Campus Copenhagen has its own—however, all main stations can be accessed across campuses via a single, consolidated login and user administration through AAU’s Identity Management system. The CTS systems control and monitor the university’s ventilation, heating, cooling and lighting installations, as well as fire alarms, emergency preparedness functions and other critical technical systems.
