TENDER DESCRIPTION

Support service for the administrative and operational management processes of the Procurement Directorate. The purpose of this tender is the contracting of support services for the administrative and operational processes: the administrative and operational support service of the Procurement Directorate. The required services must respond to internal activity processes of the CTTI providing support to the rest of the organization related to the procurement cycle. The scope of the services covered by this tender notice is limited to administrative management, the information systems, and the data required for procurement governance. The service that is the subject of this tender has as its main functions the management of information in the information systems of the Procurement Directorate, managing automated and massive data input, and proposing improvements to procedures with the aim of optimizing the Directorate’s operations. The detailed description can be found in the Specific Technical Prescriptions Document (hereinafter, STPD) in section 2.
