TENDER DESCRIPTION
Subject of the procurement: under a sale framework contract, supply of parts for Cummins-brand engines operating in buses in vehicle category M3. Planned quantity: a total of 4,702 quantity units/24 months as follows: 4,566 pcs/24 months 136 sets/24 months The breakdown of the products is set out in the Table of offered prices and the Technical specification. In its bid, the Tenderer must provide in the Table of offered prices the manufacturer of the proposed products and the product manufacturing identifier (which may be a drawing number, item number, type number or other data helping to identify the product), and also, that the proposed products are either Vehicle manufacturer / Main unit manufacturer, or First installed, or Substitute products, and, together with its bid, must submit the certificates specified in the Technical specification (documents certifying the conformity of the proposed products). The Tenderer must submit, duly signed in a corporate manner, a statement, among other things, that: • the delivery deadline undertaken is at most 10 working days from the communication of the order; • the warranty period undertaken is 12 months from acceptance; • in the event…
