TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the asset management of the networks, inspection and diagnostic frequencies have been established to obtain a good understanding of the structural condition of the works. Thus, the Sèvres-Achères Nanterre branch emissary (SAN) and the Doubling of the South Emissary (DES) were partly diagnosed in 2011. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a cleaning followed by a thorough diagnosis of the work on this part. Emergency works could be carried out if necessary. The objectives are to: - Reduce olfactory nuisances at the access manholes by removing materials responsible for their formation and by eliminating gaseous emissions, - Restore the hydraulic capacity of the work by removing deposits, - Carry out a structural diagnosis of the work and determine the need to carry out rehabilitation works; The project consists of implementing a drying out of the work, preparatory work after cleaning, the deployment of the means necessary for mechanized cleaning, waste disposal, their transport and treatment at a suitable facility.
