TENDER DESCRIPTION

CLEANING OF STORM SEWERAGE SYSTEM 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in a single cleaning of sections of the storm sewerage system serving municipal roads in Myszków using specialist equipment WUKO, together with the transport of the waste obtained for recovery or their disposal. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. 3. During the performance of the cleaning service, the storm sewerage system must be secured against access by unauthorised persons. After completion of the service, the storm sewerage system will be available to all users insofar as it relates to the drainage of rainwater and meltwater from the road surfaces. The Contracting Authority does not set requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities, because the cleaning of the storm sewerage system determines the nature of this contract. 4.
