TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the construction of a D1 motorway section Turany — Hubová with a total length of 13.53 km, including the Korbeľka and Havran tunnels. In the proposed motorway section, there are a total of ten permanent bridge structures, of which four are directly on the motorway and two are ecoducts. In addition to the permanent bridges, a further temporary bridge over the Váh River is proposed, made of prefabricated steel structures, which is located within the routes of temporary access during the construction of the motorway. To eliminate land take, to ensure stability of the D1 motorway body and to protect against the effects of high waters, retaining and wing walls are proposed. As part of the D1 construction, 3 retaining walls and 2 wing walls are designed. Through the construction site, there run lines of several overhead and underground utility networks — water mains, gas pipelines, high-voltage power lines and distribution of VHV, HV, LV, long-distance and local telecommunication lines and distribution.
