TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the construction of the D1 Turany — Hubová motorway section with a total length of 13.53 km including the Korbeľka and Havran tunnels. The proposed motorway section includes a total of ten permanent bridge structures, of which four are directly on the motorway and two are eco-ducts. In addition to the permanent bridges, one temporary steel prefabricated bridge over the Váh river is proposed, which is part of the temporary access routes during motorway construction. To minimize land acquisition, ensure the stability of the D1 motorway embankment, and protect against the effects of major floods, retaining and wing walls are proposed. Within the D1 construction, 3 retaining walls and 2 wing walls are planned. The construction area is crossed by various overhead and underground utility lines – water pipelines, gas pipelines, high-voltage, medium-voltage, low-voltage power lines, long-distance and local telecommunications lines and networks.
