D/16/2026 Collegium Minus, Roof refurbishment of the building at pl. Kopernika, 45-040 Opole. The subject of the contract is: Collegium Minus, Roof refurbishment of the building at pl. Kopernika 11A, 45-040 Opole. Within the Contractor’s scope are securing the construction site and the construction area and marking them properly, in accordance with applicable regulations. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No 1.1 OPZ to the SWZ – a folder containing: - a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, - a bill of quantities of works, - the technical specification for workmanship and acceptance of works STWiOR, - OWKZ recommendations (01.07.2026, ZN.5183.356.2026.MK).Requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act.
