TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of spreading of topsoil in the flat (planar) manner on selected soil blocks that are intended for the hauling of topsoil as part of the preparation of the construction site for “D35 Old Town – Mohelnice”. As part of the construction site preparation for “D35 Old Town – Mohelnice” (construction “D35 Old Town – Mohelnice”, preparation of the area for ZAV), the topsoil was removed and subsequently transported to the selected soil blocks in accordance with the MŽP’s (Ministry of the Environment) opinion on the withdrawal (exemption) of agricultural land from the Agricultural Land Fund and its subsequent updates. The topsoil must be spread until the time when it will be necessary to use the affected soil blocks for agrotechnical purposes by agricultural entities. At present, the Contracting Authority is legally analysing the contractual relationship with the Contractor of the construction “D35 Old Town – Mohelnice”, where the question of the item intended for the execution of works consisting of spreading topsoil in the flat (planar) manner is addressed between the contractual parties.
