TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: Comprehensive furniture equipment for various buildings of the University of Opole. Part no. 4 – Purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture equipment for the Institute of Computer Science. The description of the subject of the contract is included in attachment no. 1D to the Terms of Reference (ToR). 1. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and within the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor. 2. Within the proper performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and carry in the complete and assembled (assembly on site is allowed) subject of the contract (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract) to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as to install it in accordance with the visualizations attached to the documentation (if applicable), and to perform all activities aimed at handing over the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority for use within the deadline specified in point 4.
