TENDER DESCRIPTION

[D/7/TP/2026] Supply by way of operating lease - with an option to purchase two electric passenger cars. The subject of the contract is the supply by way of an operating lease with an option to purchase two brand-new electric passenger cars, i.e. using for propulsion exclusively electrical energy stored by connecting to an external power source, driven by an electric motor with a power of not less than 140 kW, equipped with traction batteries with a capacity of not less than 60 kWh, designed to operate on right-hand traffic, with a steering wheel on the left side, produced no earlier than 2025. The subject of the contract must be carried out in a manner compliant with regulations permitting use in the European Union and must meet the technical requirements specified in the provisions of the applicable law of the Republic of Poland. Vehicles that have been previously registered or used for demonstration purposes, or showing signs of use, are not permitted.
