TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Hochsauerlandkreis district is planning the new build of the vocational college in Meschede with a flat roof. Approx. 4,800 m2 of roof area must be waterproofed and further trade-typical services must be provided: - Waterproofing works for base slab + plinth - Waterproofing works for flat roof (concrete) - Waterproofing works for low-pitch roof (timber) - Drainage systems - Sheet metal works (aluminium - roof edge coverings, gutters, downpipes) - Safety systems - Curtain façade (aluminium corrugated sheet) More specific information can be found in the bill of quantities (specification of services).
