Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 is awarding the following construction service for the new building of the Deutsche Herzzentrum der Charité including ZNA and ZSVA, CVK (DHZC): Demolition of emergency roof waterproofing: approx. 720 m² Vapour barrier: approx. 1,025 m² Flat roof insulation made of cellular glass: approx. 8,750 m² Flat roof waterproofing made of bitumen: approx. 8,750 m² Roof edge finishing trims: approx. 2,275 m Gravel fill: approx. 2,400 m² Self-supporting roof guardrails with side protection: approx. 225 m Rope safety system: approx. 75 m Separate requirements pursuant to the Berlin Public Procurement and Award Act (BerlAVG) apply; see tender documents.
