TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Franken Clinic of the German Pension Insurance North Bavaria is located at Menzelstraße 5-7 in 97688 Bad Kissingen. Due to spatial restructuring as well as previous and already completed renovation measures, the first, second, and third floors in the main building of the clinic complex are being freed up for renovation and modernization. As part of this renovation, intensive care and wheelchair-accessible patient rooms as well as several doctor, nurse, and administrative rooms will be created. In this context, on the second and third floors of the intermediate section between the old building and the ward building, the nurse duty rooms next to the stairs will be converted into wheelchair-accessible patient rooms, analogous to the first floor. Occasionally, rooms will be combined by demolishing the respective partition walls or new partitions will be erected to create new room units.
