TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the service: At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a neighbourhood centre for young people, children and their families is to be built. It will house a mix of uses consisting of community, group and multipurpose rooms, as well as offices for the operators. The planned building will include two full storeys and an attic and will not have a basement. It will be constructed using a timber frame construction with a solid building core and will be fitted with a pitched roof (purlin roof) with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. The site access will be via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stock of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building plot, the area available for setting up the construction site is very limited. Part of the school car park located to the north can be accessed by small lorries.
