TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the service: At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a neighbourhood centre for young people, children and their families is to be developed. It will house a mix of uses consisting of community, group and multipurpose rooms, as well as offices for the operators. The planned building comprises two full storeys plus an attic and is not basements. It is to be constructed using a timber-frame construction method with a massive building core and will receive a rafter roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. Access to the construction site is via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stock of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building plot, the area for setting up the construction site is very limited. Part of the school car park adjoining to the north can be used by small trucks. Alongside the road on the building plot, a temporary lay-by is to be created which can be used for loading and unloading with a crane. All public roads, footpaths and parking spaces must be kept…
