TENDER DESCRIPTION

The required service essentially comprises - approx. 50 m² floor waterproofing - approx. 260 m² trapezoidal sheet roofing work - approx. 4,100 m² flat roof waterproofing including insulation and drainage - approx. 3,360 m² green roof including PV substructure - approx. 165 m fall protection railings - approx. 420 m parapet sheet metal - approx. 10 roof dormers partly as RWA¿s. On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a 3-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Gesamtschule and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court) adjoin. The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus site completes this into an urban-development context, forming a functional and future-oriented school, sports, and cultural location (Culture and Youth Centre Scheune, courtyard Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost).
