TENDER DESCRIPTION

The required scope of work essentially comprises - approx. 50 m² floor sealing - approx. 260 m² trapezoidal sheet roofing works - approx. 4,100 m² flat roof sealing including insulation and drainage - approx. 3,360 m² green roof including PV substructure - approx. 165 m fall-protection guardrails - approx. 420 m parapet sheet metal - approx. 10 roof hatches, partly as smoke and heat vents (RWA¿s). On the site, in the north on Wilhelmstraße, there is the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium including a three-court sports hall. To the south, the Erna-de-Fries Comprehensive School and the Sporthalle Ost (three-court) are connected. The placement of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus grounds completes this, from an urban-planning perspective, into a functional and future-oriented school, sports, and culture location (Culture and Youth Centre Scheune, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest (Kletterwald), Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). The replacement new build of the sports and multi-purpose hall, embedded in the green environment shaped by the topography, forms the southern structural completion of the campus site with a direct connection to the Aasee.
