TENDER DESCRIPTION
a) Removal and replacement of the roof waterproofing, incl. gravel ballast with associated sheet-metal work on the roof surface of the extended steel lightweight building above the 5th floor (5.OG) b) Extensive construction of a green roof with load-maintaining PV stands and side protection railings on the aforementioned roof surface above the 5th floor (5.OG) c) Fabrication by a locksmith of an elevated roof edge on the aforementioned roof surface above the 5th floor (5.OG) d) Removal and replacement of the roof waterproofing incl. gravel ballast with associated sheet-metal work on the roof surface of the circulation areas on the 5th floor (roof surface above the 4th floor) e) Removal and restoration of the gravel ballast on the roof above the ground floor (EG) of the production building (south side) in preparation for the erection of a façade scaffold f) Removal and installation of the lightning protection system
