TENDER DESCRIPTION

The roof of Laboratory Building 102 at Robert-Hooke-Strasse 7b is in need of renovation. Within the scope of the current measure, a comprehensive complete renovation is planned, which includes the complete removal and renewal of the existing roof sealing including thermal insulation. The roof area consists of 5 sub-areas: - Technical center Cryolab as a low-pitched roof on wooden construction - Main roof as a flat roof - Technical center integration hall as a low-pitched roof on wooden construction - Technical center 1 ventilation systems as a low-pitched roof on steel construction - Technical center 2 as a flat roof in the sunken courtyard Based on the current existing condition, the following services are planned: Services of the Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SiGeKo) according to the Construction Site Ordinance for the planning and execution phase of the roof renovation.
