TENDER DESCRIPTION

The grounds of the General-Oberst-Beck barracks comprise approximately 31 ha and are located on a hill in the south of Sonthofen. The barracks complex itself is currently being restored and includes both historical buildings and new buildings used for military purposes. Part of the buildings is still under renovation, while the other part is already in use, which is why access to the grounds is monitored for security purposes. In the historical existing buildings 5+8 on the property, repairs to the roof load-bearing structure are required due to roof leaks. The pitched roofs are covered with beaver-tail roof tiles and have a timber roof structure. Due to the planned use of roof areas as part of the conversion, the planning will need to take into account requirements for building physics, fire protection, and structural engineering. The existing sheathing will be retained. Planning the further roof build-up while considering the specified requirements is the core of the task.
