TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure includes the renewal of the roof surfaces on six terraced houses in the residential complex WE 109362 on Röntgenstraße and in Elsenbruch in Lüneburg. There are three end-terraced houses and three mid-terraced houses. The buildings are located in close proximity to each other. The work will be carried out in the rented and occupied premises. The existing roof surfaces are designed as pitched gable roofs with a roof pitch of approximately 35 to 40 degrees. The existing roof covering consists of hollow interlocking tiles. As part of the measure, the roof tiles including ridge and verge tiles, the supporting battens and counter-battens, fascia boards and barge boards, roof hatches, ventilation ducts, as well as the existing roof drainage will be dismantled and disposed of. Subsequently, wind batten strips, a new underlay, counter-battens and supporting battens, as well as new eaves and verge components will be installed.
