The overall project, encompassing Phases 0 to VII, has a duration of 6 months.

The contract is divided into stages and phases:

• 1st Stage (Release 0 to 2): This stage begins on the business day immediately following the contract's celebration date and concludes on December 31, 2026.
• Fase 0 (Initial Phase): This phase starts on the contract's effective date. A project kick-off meeting must be held within 7 business days of the contract becoming effective. The project start date, which cannot be more than 8 business days after this meeting, will be agreed upon. This phase includes the planning and design of the future solution.
• Release 0: Planning and design of the future solution.
• Release 1: Survey of indicators and implementation of research, including digitizing information collection.
• Release 2: Focuses on Pharmacies – 1 Form.
• 2nd Stage (Release 3 to 6): This stage is scheduled to commence after the completion of Release 2.
• Release 3: Pertains to Distributors.
• Release 4: Involves Direct Acquisition.
• Release 5: Concerns Cannabis.
• Release 6: Focuses on Integration with INSP+.
• 3rd Stage (Post-Production Phase): This phase will begin after the completion of Release 6 and has a duration of 60 working days.
• A post-production support phase is planned after project conclusion, funded by Infarmed, and lasts 60 working days.
• A 6-month warranty period is established after the solution goes live.

• Comprehensive documentation covering all activities and necessary for the proper functioning and full utilization of the solution.
• Ongoing updates and access to all project documentation throughout the contract period.

Phase 0 (Planning and High-Level Definition):

• Presentation of a detailed project schedule with allocation percentages for different profiles, phases, activities, and Infarmed participants.
• A project plan, including the definition of releases and sprints.
• High-level functional and technical design of the future solution.
• Definition of processes for intervention by the project team, considering their impact on the market and Infarmed.
• Definition of objectives to measure project success.
• High-level survey of all needs and identification of Licensing processes for intervention, focusing on those with the greatest impact.

Release-Specific Deliverables (e.g., Releases 0-6):

• Release 0: Project plan and a document defining the macro solution.
• Subsequent Releases (1-6): User stories, technical design, code implementation, technical notebook and test records, and the final application in production.

Phase I (Functional, Non-Functional, and Technical Requirements Gathering):

• Functional and technical analysis document of the solution.
• Architecture, design, and technical specifications document of the solution.
• Detailed technical specifications.
• Test case specifications.
• Test and validation plan and specifications.

Phase II (Solution Development):

• The primary objective is the development of the solution.
• Execution of necessary developments aligned with the validated design and the approved functional and technical analysis document.

Operational Aspects:

• The Service Provider is responsible for sharing all necessary knowledge for the administration of the solution with the Public Contracting Entity (Infarmed) throughout the contract.
• The administration of the solution will be fully executed by the Public Contracting Entity.

Project Management and Change Control:

• Any changes to the project scope require written approval from Infarmed's project management and must be formally documented.
