TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works that fall within the daily maintenance contract generally (non-exhaustive) include: • Keeping the navigation channel clear of obstacles and waste. • Maintenance of the concrete lining. • Repairs to bank protection structures are within scope. • Repairs to mooring facilities and guiding works. • Cyclical maintenance of the waterway furniture and replacement of waterway furniture. • Cyclical maintenance on and next to the embankments (mowing, keeping clear of waste) is within scope. • Maintenance of planting and trees on and next to the embankments. • Carrying out maintenance works on and along the waterway facilities (such as FUPs, PUPs and SUPs. • Maintenance of signs and delineation/lining (concrete). • Carrying out cleaning works for paved areas, verges and waterways. • Resolving emergencies. The estimated value of the framework agreement is € 4,800,000 over the entire duration, including extension options. The contractor may not derive any rights from this value.
