TENDER DESCRIPTION

RDW is looking for one Contractor for the execution of the new Framework Agreement whereby the work remains the same as the current situation. The inspections and tests are carried out systematically based on a frequency (depending on the element to be assessed). Findings are updated in the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP). In doing so, the Client must be relieved as much as possible, with the following principles and conditions: • A contractor who is a ‘partner’ for RDW, who naturally can deliver, install, carry out maintenance and repairs properly and who adds value; • Guarantees and is practically able to carry out the work and will actually do so; • An agreement based on arrangements; • A transparent approach regarding open budgets and financial information, providing insight into costs; • During the term of the agreement, RDW wants to be able to rely on the contractor's expertise and professionalism.
