The contract comes into force upon its mutual signing. The signing date is determined by the date of the last added secure electronic signature and its timestamp. The contract is valid for 12 months from its effective date, or until the amount specified in Article 2.1 of the Contract is utilized, whichever occurs first. The contract's validity period can be extended for an additional 12 months if the contract amount is not reached within the initial 12 months and neither party objects to the extension one month before the contract's expiration. This implies a maximum total performance time of up to 24 months, or until the contract amount is fully utilized, whichever condition is met first.

• Supply of workwear: This encompasses a range of items such as autumn jackets with reflective elements, Softshell winter work jackets, summer and winter work shoes with impact-resistant toe caps, fleece jackets, long-sleeved and short-sleeved polo shirts, work trousers, and knitted winter hats.
• Logo manufacturing: This service involves printing or heat-pressing logos onto specific supplied items, including positions Nr. 1, 2, 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, and 21. The size and manufacturing method for the logo must be coordinated with the client.

General requirements for the goods specify that if a marked product is no longer in production, the tenderer must offer an equivalent or higher functional level product with comparable or better quality indicators. The tenderer must also ensure that workwear is available in at least one of the colors specified by the client, with the specific color to be agreed upon at the time of ordering. Information about the fabric composition must be indicated inside the workwear.
