TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM) licences. The procurement concerns Qualdatrix Data Content Manager (DCM) licences. DCM is a ServiceNow-certified add-on that improves the quality and integrity of Foundation data and the CMDB. The tool provides a visual, no-code approach to designing data models, performing auditing and remediation. The licences are purchased for Valtori’s two separate ServiceNow instances for a period of 12 months at a time. The tender must include the services referred to in Appendix 4 “Description of the subject of the procurement” of the request for tender. A contract is made for two (2) years in advance; in addition, the contract includes three (3) option periods of one (1) year each. The draft contract agreement is attached to the request for tender. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 280,000.00, including the contract term and the above-mentioned option periods.
