The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply of various hardware components and the provision of consulting services.

The hardware deliverables include:

• Enterprise 2U HCI-Rackserver: Featuring dual enterprise processors (minimum 8 cores/CPU, 3.5 GHz base frequency), 1024 GB DDR5-6400 ECC RAM, 4x 7.68 TB Enterprise PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD for HCI storage, M.2 RAID1 controller with 2x 480 GB NVMe SSD for boot storage, dual dual-port 25GbE SFP28 cards (supporting RDMA/RoCEv2) plus dedicated OOB management, TPM 2.0, dual 1600W Titanium PSUs, and 5 years NBD (Next Business Day) on-site support.
• Enterprise IP-storage array (iSCSI / NVMe-oF / NFS / SMB): Equipped with active/active dual controllers, at least 100 TB usable NVMe All-Flash capacity, 4x 25GbE SFP28 IP storage ports per controller, support for immutable snapshots (Ransomware protection) and asynchronous replication, and 5 years NBD on-site support.
• Enterprise-server (1U/2U Single-CPU / Lower density): With 1 enterprise processor (16–24 cores), 128 GB DDR5 RAM, 2x 1.92 TB NVMe SSD (RAID1) for storage, dual-port 10GbE / 25GbE SFP28 + OOB management, and 5 years NBD on-site support.
• Loose NVMe disk: 7.68 TB Enterprise PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSD.
• Optical Transceiver: 25GbE SFP28 SR Transceiver.
• Patch cable: Fiber-patch cable (LC-LC OM4, 5m).

The consulting services involve personnel at two different competence levels:

• Competence Level 4: Consultants with high generalist competence or very high competence in the relevant role, experienced in complex assignments, capable of leading larger groups, and highly independent.
• Competence Level 5: Specialists with the highest level of competence in their role, considered market experts, highly experienced in leadership positions, and extremely independent.
