TENDER DESCRIPTION

The “AOK Community”, consisting of the eleven independent AOKs (corporations governed by public law), their IT service providers (organized as joint ventures or civil-law partnerships), AOK Systems GmbH, and AOK-Bundesverband eGbR, plans to introduce a new so-called AOK HR-IT Master based on SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, as well as SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Build (the “overall project”). The technical personnel processes previously independently managed by the individual AOKs—partly with their own personnel departments, and partly centrally or organized at different locations in Germany—are to be standardized, more strongly centralized, and for the most part moved to the cloud as part of the project. To implement the overall project, the contracting authorities require support from external service providers, in particular in the form of consulting services in the broadest sense.
