TENDER DESCRIPTION

The "AOK community", consisting of the eleven independent AOKs (corporations under public law), their IT service providers (organized as working groups or civil law partnerships), AOK Systems GmbH, and AOK Federal Association eGbR, plans the introduction of a new so-called AOK HR-IT Master based on SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking as well as SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Build (the "overall project"). The personnel technical processes, previously independently controlled by the individual AOKs—partly with their own HR departments, partly centralized or organized at various locations in Germany—are to be standardized, more strongly centralized, and largely migrated to the cloud as part of the project. To implement the overall project, the contracting authorities require support from external service providers, particularly in the form of consulting services in the broadest sense.
