TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision, exchange and collection of lockable security containers for data-protection-compliant disposal of files and data for the TUM Campus WEIHENSTEPHAN and its external offices. The TUM processes, recovers and disposes of its waste on the basis of the Act to promote the circular economy and to ensure environmentally compatible waste management (Circular Economy Act - KrWG), the Bavarian Waste Act (BayAbfG), the Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV) and, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with DIN 66399. In doing so, throughout the entire premises of TUM Weihenstephan, all data protection documents that arise are collected, transported and, on the basis of the statutory requirements, supplied to a system for material or energy recovery. The contract services “Data Protection Documents” will be re-awarded by the TUM f. the Weihenstephan Campus site and its external offices in accordance with the tender documents as of 01.02.2027 DATA PROTECTION DOCUMENTS and FILE DESTRUCTION
