TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement procedure aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement with an economic operator. The framework agreement shall make it possible—without establishing a justification for a delivery/acceptance obligation—to provide according to requirements, implement and provide long-term support for a “data protection management system”, as well as related services for ekom21’s customers. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1,000,000.00 Mio. € (net). Further details are to be found in the procurement documents.
