TENDER DESCRIPTION
Continuous-wave laser heating system for rapid thermal sample processing directly after ion implantation; including sample handling/positioning system. The system is used to carry out research in the field of surface physics/material sciences. The system to be procured is intended for rapid and precise thermal processing of samples before and after ion implantation in an ultrahigh vacuum (UHV). The aim is to enable reproducible thermal processes for modifying material properties and thereby support fundamental research in the field of solid-state physics and materials science.
