TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the ongoing procurement of IT hardware. Through this DPS, standardized IT devices and accessories that are needed in the daily operations of Gewobag will be procured in the future. The aim of the DPS is to meet the demand for market-available hardware in a needs-based, economical manner and by using a competitive procedure. The DPS is divided into several categories, each of which will be subject to separate individual contracts (invitations to tender). The services are divided into four service categories. The applicant may apply for one, several, or all categories. a) Notebooks b) Smartphones c) Tablets d) Computer accessories A more detailed description of services can be found in the annex "Description of Services". The individual contracts are always awarded within the respective service category. In some cases, individual contracts may also include services from multiple categories. These will be specified within the framework of the individual contract.
