TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns providing catering services for the Public Prosecution Service (OM) and the Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI) at multiple locations. The contract includes, among other things, catering in staff restaurants, banqueting, barista services, vending machines, and workplace fruit. For the entire contract period of up to 6 years (including option years), the Contracting Authority applies an estimated contract value of approximately € 9,000,000 excluding VAT. The Agreement is concluded for an initial term of 4 years, with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend it unilaterally twice, each time by 1 year.
