TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for comprehensive communication services to contribute to the ECMWF Destination Earth Communication Strategy, covering B2C, B2B, and B2G activities. The scope is structured into four main work packages: Contract Management, Event Management, Communication Services, and Monitoring & Evaluation, encompassing tasks such as managing in-person, hybrid, and online events, media monitoring, campaign support, and crisis communications. While specific event and communication deliverables will be defined via Task Orders, mandatory reporting includes semestrial, annual, and final reports, along with annual work plans, all to be submitted in English using Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDF formats, and utilizing the DestinE Deliverables Repository portal. TENDER BRIEF
