TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the referral of procedure 12-26-00011 back to the tender phase. The subject matter of procurement is the award of a contract for the provision of services for operating, supplying and further developing physical, optionally also virtual debit cards for approximately 4,000 beneficiaries + web application/online portal/app including operating services and support. During the performance period, the following services must be provided by the contracting party (contractor), which meet the requirements in accordance with Chapters 2 and 3 of the specification: Overall system (non-optional): - Issuance of debit cards in the form of consumer debit cards • Provision and operation of physical and virtual debit cards (+ associated payment infrastructure) for approximately four thousand (4,000) card users, • Nationwide dispatch of cards in parcels containing denominations of individual cards to different addresses. - Web application for managing cards for employees of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and joint facilities (gE) • Setup and provision of a web application for employees of the BA and gE via the browser including operating services and support. - Online…
