TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Ede wishes to place the operation of car-sharing schemes in Ede-Centrum and electric shared cargo bikes across the entire Municipality of Ede on the market by means of concessions. With these concessions, the Municipality aims to realise a qualitative, future-proof and accessible service of car-sharing vehicles and electric shared cargo bikes, in line with the spatial development of the city centre area and the municipality’s mobility objectives. Due to the different markets and the different concession areas for car-sharing and electric cargo bikes, the Municipality has chosen to request these concessions through two procurement procedures: one for electric shared cargo bikes and one for car-sharing vehicles. This procurement procedure concerns the procurement of electric shared cargo bikes. The contract concerns the concession for the operation of electric shared cargo bikes in the Municipality of Ede.
