TENDER DESCRIPTION

This competitive dialogue is intended to define the strategy, the action plan and the implementation of communication on the donation, removal and transplantation of organs and tissues to the general public and healthcare professionals. The contract includes in particular the national arrangements for the National Organ Donation Day held every 22 June, communication on kidney transplantation from a living donor, communication on the donation and transplantation of tissues, informing hospital staff, combating misinformation and misconceptions, and any other opportunistic communication actions depending on current events. The objective pursued by the Agence de la biomédecine for public communication on post-mortem donation is to promote the donation of organs and tissues, in particular through media visibility of the subject and the mobilization of relay actors. Furthermore, the agency ensures that it regularly informs and mobilizes healthcare professionals on this activity by highlighting the chain from donation and removal to transplantation.
