• Total Duration: The framework agreement has an initial duration of 12 months from its notification. It can be renewed twice, each for a period of 12 months, so the total duration, including renewals, cannot exceed 3 years.

Core deliverables include a strategic and operational group AI roadmap, three formalized AI architecture scenarios, comparative analysis, recommendations, and progressive license sizing.
