TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase framework agreement for the acquisition of flow-modifying devices for the Clinical Center, Neurosurgery Clinic of the University of Debrecen. Name and quantity of the product to be procured (pcs/24 months): Flow-modifying stents for use in proximal large vessels 2: 30 pcs The qualitative and functional requirements of the product to be purchased under the purchase framework agreement are detailed in the technical description forming part of the procurement documents. The procurement also includes delivery to the user unit. According to Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) Section 46 (3), if the documentation (procurement technical description) refers to a specific standard, technical approval, technical specification, technical recommendation, or a product, origin or type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the naming was only made to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood alongside the naming, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept equivalent or better solutions than those specified in the documentation.
