TENDER DESCRIPTION
DEK-1689 Procurement of general molecular biology equipment, Part 1 Refrigerated laboratory centrifuge. A sales contract whose subject is the procurement of 1 refrigerated laboratory centrifuge for the DE Department of Pharmacodynamics. Base equipment with the following options: - benchtop design - maximum adjustable RCF at least 20,000 g or greater (with any rotor/adapter offered below) - maximum speed 14000 RPM or greater (with any rotor/adapter offered below) - minimum speed 300 RPM or less (with any rotor/adapter offered below) - weight of up to 100 kg - temperature control range: adjustable to at least between -9 °C and +40 °C - temperature regulation adjustable in steps of at least 1 °C - pre-cooling or pre-heating prior to centrifugation set within the temperature control range - centrifugation run time can be scheduled/timed - LCD display and control panel on the unit - noise level less than 70 dB - different rotors, adapters can be changed without tools, and the tools required for the change are supplied with the unit - automatic rotor/adapter recognition - rotors and adapters supplied with the unit (regardless of their technical design) shall enable simultaneous…
