TENDER DESCRIPTION

The sanitation service activities that are the subject of the delegation are: - Separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste arising from commercial, industrial and institutional activities, including separately collected fractions - Sweeping, washing and watering public roads within the locality, including collection and transport of soil and stones waste originating from public roads to waste disposal facilities, as well as the waste originating from street bins to waste disposal facilities and/or treatment facilities - Cleaning and transporting snow from public roads within the locality and keeping them in operation during periods of ice or frost. The Operator shall also provide related services to the sanitation service as described in Article 5 of the Specifications (Caietul de sarcini), part of the award documentation. The quantities of waste that are the subject of the collection and transport activity and the surface areas of public roads that are the subject of the delegated services under the contract are detailed in the Specifications and the Study of opportunity published within this concession procedure.
