TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract has as its purpose delegating by concession the management of the component activities of the sanitation service of Maramureș County, namely: - the transfer of municipal waste to transfer stations, including the separate transport of residual waste to non-hazardous waste landfills and/or to integrated treatment facilities, of paper, metal, plastic and glass waste collected separately at sorting stations, and of bio-waste to composting facilities and/or to anaerobic digestion facilities; - sorting of paper, cardboard, metal, plastic and glass waste collected separately from municipal waste at sorting stations, including transport of sorting residues to waste landfills and/or to energy recovery facilities; - mechanical-biological treatment of residual waste in mechanical-biological treatment installations or, as the case may be, in integrated treatment installations, including transport of biologically stabilized waste and of residual waste that can no longer be recovered at waste landfills, and of residual waste recoverable through energy recovery at energy recovery installations; - aerobic treatment of separately collected bio-waste in composting installations,…
