TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract for delegating the management of the public sanitation service assumes the separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams, street sanitation and snow removal. It assumes delegation by assigning a public procurement contract for the activities mentioned above within the territory of Chiajna Commune, provided for in Law no. 101/2006 on the sanitation service of localities as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime. Within the sanitation service, specifically the activities of separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams (bulky municipal waste and waste from construction and demolition), carried out as a public utility service, organized, coordinated, regulated, led, monitored and controlled by the local public authority (Chiajna City Hall/Mayor’s Office) include the following activities: A.
