TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract for delegating the management of the public sanitation service involves separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams, street sanitation and snow removal; it involves delegating by awarding a public procurement contract for the activities mentioned above within the territory of Chiajna Commune, provided for in Law no. 101/2006 on the sanitation service of localities as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime). Within the sanitation service, in particular the activities of separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams (bulky municipal waste and waste from construction and demolition) are included as a public utility service organized, coordinated, regulated, led, monitored and controlled by the local public authority (Chiajna City Hall), and comprise the following activities: A.
