TENDER DESCRIPTION

The waste collection public service management delegation contract implies the separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams, street sanitation and snow removal implies delegation by assigning a public procurement contract for the above-mentioned activities within the territory of Chiajna Commune, provided for in Law no. 101/2006 on the waste collection service of localities as well as in Emergency Ordinance no. 92/2021 regarding the waste regime. Within the waste collection service, in particular the activities of separate collection and transport of municipal waste and other streams (bulky municipal waste and waste from construction and demolition) are included, as a public utility service organized, coordinated, regulated, managed, monitored and controlled by the local public authority (Chiajna City Hall), the following activities are included: A.
